This workshop-style presentation will offer yogis alignment-focused movement and a basic anatomy review (relating to yoga) plus lots of time for Q + A! Regina will explore variations of popular poses, help you to recognize how they feel in your body, and offer ways to adapt the practice for YOU. Come, and ask those questions you always have during class. Take your practice to a deeper level as you learn to move with more awareness — both on the mat and in life!
