FOR NEW STUDENTS

If you have any major health problems, injuries or are pregnant, please let your instructor know before the class begins.

Studio Etiquette: If you arrive late to class, please enter quietly, sit near the back and participate in the centering process before rolling out your mat and getting props.  You may set up after the sound of Om.  

What Style of yoga is appropriate for me?
Yoga Dimensions offers several classes specifically for beginners, Gentle & Level 1. All other classes are Level 2 or multi level. We encourage students to take a variety of classes to find the perfect fit. See class descriptions for further enlightenment.

Do I need to pre-register?
Yoga Dimensions does not require pre-registration for classes except Pre-natal and Menopause. Choose a class that fits your schedule and plan to come 10 minutes early. You will be introduced to the teacher and given a tour of the studio.

All classes are open enrollment and students may attend any class on the schedule.

 

What are my payment options?
You may purchase a 10 or 5 class package or pay the drop in fee. A class card entitles the student to attend any class on the schedule and share the package with a friend or family member. There is a 10-week expiration date. We accept checks, major credit cards, and cash.

What do I wear?
Wear any comfortable exercise type clothing. The studio is kept comfortably warm. No socks or shoes are worn in the studio - free your feet!

What do I bring?
Loaner mats, blocks, blankets and straps are available at the studio at no cost. Student may also bring their own equipment.

What about eating or drinking before class?
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Do not eat 2 hours beforehand. Hydrate with water before and after class.
