Classes [ Styles & Levels ]

Yoga Dimensions is not affiliated with any particular style of yoga. Our teachers are trained in a variety of styles, including Anusara, Ana Forrest, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kripalu and prenatal. Each instructor brings their unique experience to the class. Please visit the instructors page to read about each teachers training. Enjoy a variety of classes suited to your level of yoga experience.

Gentle/Level 1 Great for beginning yoga students who want guided instruction throughout. It is slower pace class focusing on breath while fostering strength, flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness.

Mixed Level is open to all students who have completed one yoga session. Modifications will be given for all levels.

Hot Rock 'n Flow
Flow and sweat to the most inspiring tunes around. Students must be familiar with basic postures.  Bring a towel!"

Level 2 is a more advanced yoga designed for students who have been practicing yoga on a regular basis and would like the opportunity to deepen their yoga practice — be ready to sweat!

Prenatal Yoga
This class will help to better prepare you for labor by strengthening the muscles used during child birth. Work with breath to bolster your circulatory system and gently stimulate your organs so they can do their optimal job. Quiet the mind and connect deeply with your baby.
